BC already has a <a href='http://www.bchrt.bc.ca/' rel="nofollow">Human Rights Tribunal</a> that <a href='http://www2.canada.com/vancouversun/news/westcoastnews/story.html?id=6debcaed-7a0a-4021-8079-9492163e7cd4' rel="nofollow">prosecutes thought crimes</a>. Is the NDP just unaware of the existing government bodies, or do they think that we need something more invasive? I don’t get the Human Rights Commission thing. BC already has a Human Rights Tribunal that prosecutes thought crimes.
