I am over 60 years of age and havae to the best of my knowledge always voted NDP. I would also like to continue to vote this way but the recent decisions made by Carol James has made me change my mind. If there are no other choices on the ballot, I will either refuse to vote, spoil my vote or vote for the Liverals.

I have no problem with women in politics but I object to the NO decision on our current ballot. In other words if I want to vote for the NDP I have no choice but to vote for a women, whether this person is any good or not. Why is it that if another party had made it WOMEN only on the ballot that there would be an outcry. I believe that we the people should have the right to chose our candidate. If the best person was a women, great. Under the current mandate we do not have the choice, do we.

Here are my thoughts -

http://battlegroundbc.com/2009/02/25/where-will-kash-heed-run-for-the-bc-liberals/

He will either take Dan Jarvis' riding or Ralph Sultain. You can quote me on that. The Liberals will not waste him in Fraiserview against a strong NDP candidate
